I like to lock down one side of the map. With OKW becoming stronger as time goes on, all I want to do is keep a VP, some fuel, and some ammo safe. The flak truck allows me to do that. If I put it in the centre of the map, I tend to end up being flanked and have to defeat multiple sides.
The only map in 1v1 I do sort of like putting it in the centre is Minsk Pocket.

Last game I played as OKW on the Minsk Pocket map, two of these things wreaked havoc on my units. It even got a couple squad wipes, one on a Sturmpioneer squad. Ughh.

I like where the PaK40 is. It's the best AT gun in the game, but some unit has to be. I don't think that necessarily makes it "overperforming".
Also, the Raketenwerfer is available straight away. It's the weakest gun in the game, but also the earliest and cheapest. That's its advantage. It can counter early, light armour, before some of the best armour in the game comes out (OKW late game) which clearly supplant it.
I personally like where the AT guns are all at, at the moment.

I like to play as Wehrmacht and Soviets. The uselessness of T4 in any type of competitive online play is a real bummer. A whole roster of units is basically never used or seen. I feel there needs to be a re-work to somehow make T4 useful and an actual option for Soviets and Wehrmacht.
2. Is there something WFA armies have that you’d like to see COH2 Vanilla armies gain in the game?
I'm not sure. I like the US ability to get out and repair their own vehicles -- it would make sense if all factions could do that, but it would take away from the uniqueness of the US. I don't think there's anything in specific one faction has that I'd like another to have; I want the factions to feel different.
3. Do you have a specific wish list for your army?
Make T4 useful. With that, people would have more options for different strategies and builds. That's what I really wish to see for the Soviets/Wehrmacht. And some different Panzer variations for the Ostheer. I love panzers! Maybe have a new Panzer Doctrine that gives some different types you could call in, that coincide with T3 timing-wise so as not to upset any type of early game balance. I don't care if they have similar stats, I just want to see new unit models/skins!
4. Is there something you struggle with the most?
Facing US blobs, especially in the early game. I find playing against the US my least favourite thing to do in this game in 1v1. Mostly because I'm tired of the US strategy of blobbing and sending out an AA HT. It's boring. It can be countered when done right, but if you slip up the zerg runs you over. It's an uninteresting army relationship, IMO. I guess it's by design, though.
5. Do you have any specific examples you’d like to share? (Something like ‘I have a hard time dealing with ‘X’ thing, I think it would be easier if I had ‘Y’ thing)
I have a hard time dealing with US blobs when they choose the Elite Infantry commander. Riflemen already have an early game advantage versus the Wehrmacht, then tack on possible veteran-2 Riflemen, and it can be a quick game. I don't find that fun. It'd be easier if I had more skill, I guess, I'm just about .500 in online play, but it could be remedied by work on the commander on the US side.

It's a shame how useless T4 is for the original two factions, but it's the case. Avoid T4 with the Soviets or the Wehrmacht.

It's a different game. It shouldn't play the same. What would even be the point? It's not an expansion to CoH1.

I use them early in tandem with a Grenadier squad. I only build one. I send the Grenadier to engage at range, and when a US player tries to close, I rush my Assault Grenadiers in and can almost always win early engagements this way. By the end of the game I usually have (if they survived) 2 veterancy on them.
I usually use this commander versus Americans, not so much versus the Soviets. Mainly for the Tiger and the StuG variant.

I analyzed my HDD, and it shows it doesn't need any type of defragging (1%).
The game doesn't take long to boot up or anything, it's only when loading multiplayer matches, then I have to wait 40 seconds or so until everything speeds up for 10 seconds. In game FPS is silky smooth.
I play FPSs like BF4 online with no issues, I play other far more graphically intensive games like Watch_Dogs with no problems. It's just CoH2, which leads me to believe the game is just unoptimized and sluggish. It's unfortunate. I feel as if it's gotten worse since the latest hand full of patches.
