Do you think these stats reflect someones ability to accurately put forward balance/faction changes and still have credibility doing it? It is not my intention to get people to look at my playercard and be impressed/ashamed. You have to be Lucky for it to actually be effective, like most indirect fire weapons I guess. Its just it costs an arm and a leg and is in captain tier, which makes it unfavourable. In: COH2 Balance
