Theres always ways to improve them. IE: -If heavy cover nearby, automaticly use them. - Dont walk into a recently toss molotov, or dont even take cover behind a burning cover. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Who thinks troop training is fair?30 Apr 2014, 11:48 AM It just is needs some tweaking. The idea of getting vet troops is fine. However how is it implemented needs tweaking. Current Troop training is FU intensive but low MP and starts at 0CP. Thus the user could use them immediately to get some advantage early game with hardly any consequences, which does not effect much since its MP intensive early on. If played well, he/she could negate the FU disadvantage by taking more sectors. To make the matters worst, tiger ace does not require any FU allowing to be independent from the need for FU. Troop training is not an issue later during mid-late game, as there are more units as well as vet units in the game. I m suggesting that it should be more MP and less FU, with the intention that get quality unit while sacrificing quantity. That will influence the capping power and map control. I m suggesting it should be: 320MP 15FU from 100MP 25FU 90sec cooldown less exp bonus (limit to Vet2) In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Soviet TM-35 Mine29 Apr 2014, 10:10 AM Since E-Day update, those mines are constantly instagib squads. I m losing countless of full health 4-men german squads, eventhough those entities are not blobbing up. This never did happen pre-patch. Was it something to do with AoE profile update? T-34/76 should of been the doctrinal tank. Either that or t-34/85 should replace the t-34/76 in the T3 building. I honestly don't understand this game... 44 ostwinds were built, yet they are non doctrinal, a few hundred brummbaars were built. 22000 t-34/85s were built during the war. Yet they are doctrinal and are available only in 3 doctrines. 1300 tigers were built , yet they are present in nearly 1/2 of all german doctrines. (1) T34/76 was the main battle tank for the red army during late 1943. T34/85 was only given to Guards Elite battalion and later stages of the war it was a standard issue to newly form battalion or replacement battalions.Even till the end of the war, T34/76 was still largely in the red army armor formation. In parts of historical accuracy, Relic got that one right but for the soviet tank vs german tank ratio, they got it wrong. (2) I do agree ostwinds should not be non-doctrinal vehicle. Either replace it with wirbelwind or just give germans to build static 3.7cm flakgun like vCOH. In: COH2 Balance

Its a really common tactic for newb/intermediate german players. Most will save their Ammunition for panzershreak and they will just skip T1 to T2. Thread: Do not underestimate T341 Apr 2014, 16:36 PM T34/76 is a pretty good medium tank once it comes to the role of a tank. In a pair, it could do some serious damage to german forces. It has decent speed and high rate of fire although it need some good micro "especially kitting" to see it perform. Also Shreaks are OP. In: Replays
