It was mentioned in the patchnotes that Stormtrooper schreck cost got reduced from 75 munitions to 60 munitions (december 2018), but it still costs 75 munitions.

Seems like there are several costs in the live game that do not match up with the patchnotes. Conscript mobilize reserves is the same way
