SEGA has announced that it has acquired Two Point Studios, the creators of Two Point Hospital, for an undisclosed sum. Two Point will become fully integrated into the SEGA Europe family – which includes other major strategy developers such as Creative Assembly, Sports Interactive, Relic Entertainment, and Amplitude Studios.

Two Point Studios is now owned by Sega:
Sega acquired the Two Point Hospitals developer through its Searchlight incubator program.

Reddit comment from GaryOaksHotSister:
My head-canon is that someone at SEGA is/was a major bullfrog fanboy and pleaded not to let this one slip-by.
If SEGA wanted to fill a specific quota with simulation games, the kings themselves came knocking at their door to make a game.
SEGA in that regard is being brilliant, and I'm glad the Bullfrog team may have finally found a home.

Co-Founders of Two Point Studios:
Gary Carr | https://www.linkedin.com/in/gary-carr-aa211b1/
Mark Webley | https://www.linkedin.com/in/mark-webley-9157831/

They are former leads from Bullfrog Productions (RTS studio killed by EA) and Lionhead Studios.
Bullfrog created RTS games such as Populous and Dungeon Keeper.

If MS Buy Relic Without CoH IP (speculation):
Maybe CoH become part of Sega Searchlight in partnership with MS.?
Alex Peters new role & timeline seems to match Relic new job announcements for a brand new team/project 6+ weeks ago.

2) CoH3 - Sega Europe (unconfirmed, educated guess)
