Scout car 221 now cost 15 fuel?

This would explain that 2v2 where my opponents spammed scout cars and ostruppen. There was absolutely nothing I could do against 16 scout cars.

Essentially armoured cars can be spammed now with no detriment to Ostheer mid game.
You can get 2 armoured cars compared to 1 before for only 80 more mp and 5 more fuel - that's pretty ridiculous considering there were no stats nerfs. This is very punishing for T1 Soviet play. If you upgun one to deal with M3 and upgun your grenadiers to deal with conscripts, the Soviet player pretty much has to go guards to deal with them - but by then, it'll probably be too late as you'll have a lot of the map.
Two upgunned armoured cars will kill a T70 with no problems, by the way.
