If my understanding is correct, they all should. Sort of like the Rifleman that accompany the Lieutenant also get the bonuses.
It's not too easy to test since the bonuses are so small, though.

That's more or less the problem I was facing, it's really hard to tell in most cases, but them benefiting from Live And Learn (Extra EXP) is actually huge, would make them very practical.
