Chinese cheaters, producing Allied units while playing Axis

Lately I have come across Chinese cheaters in ranked matchmaking who managed to produce Allied units as Axis. How do I report them to Relic?

This is a known exploit where you can play with a commander from the other faction. Please provide a replay to user Sturmpanther, he will forward this to Relic.
