ML-20 number of shells mistake

I noticed ML-20 is firing a lot of shells, I think it was 4 shells and then 5 after vet1

But now its 8 shells and 9 after vet1, and what's written in the barrage description after vet1 (it will fire 10 shells)


Did the number of shells changed recently ? and why its firing 9 instead of 10 ????

No arty in game fires only 4 shells.

ML-20 is supposed to fire 8 since always.
LEFH is supposed to fire 10 since always.

Add +1 at vet.

While technically it is only a Mortar, it's still artillery. Doesn't the Soviet Mortar only fire 4 shells in it's barrage? :P

this is wrong , I searched today on the patch notes and found it, I recently started reusing ML-20 that's why I just noticed.
2 years ago it was only 4 shells and increased to 8, and it should be 10 after vet1

We want to encourage the use of the ML20 which was previously underperforming.

Salvos increased from 4 to 8
Removed precision strike at veterancy 1
Veterancy 1 now increases the number of salvos of the ML 20 by 2 (10 Total)


As clearly described in the patch notes LeFH did not fire 10 shots "since always":

Ok now we know it should fire 10 after vet1, but its actually firing 9 only, Relic should fix this

DECEMBER UPDATE COMMANDER REVAMP - FINAL
ML-20 152mm Howitzer
The ML-20’s high manpower cost is being offset by moving a portion of it into fuel. Damage has been adjusted to be more reliable with lower wiping potential.

Cost from 600 manpower to 400 manpower and 50 fuel
Near AOE damage from 1 to 0.9
Mid AOE damage from 0.15 to 0.28
Veterancy 1 extra shells decreased from +2 to +1
Scatter penalty when firing into fog of war increased from 1.25 to 1.75

Yes Relic should had included commander changes in to change log.
