Noob question: when it says the truck when deploy secures territory what it means coz enemy can cap it? sorry for my english ty

SteamId is missing for user id ostpanzer. You can add it in your profile settings. Alternatively you can use your SteamId directly.

It means nothing. I assume this was from a long past OKW stat that was never changed.

That line dates back to okw beta when trucks indeed locked down teritories. The faction designed has changed a lot since then but the voices did not, so it may be misleading.
Another similar example is when you build ostheer t3. The announcer says "rocket artillery can now be deployed", even though the panzerwerfer has been moved to t4 in 2013.

Another question does it matter if i put it on ammo or fuel ,i mean do i get any bonus from it or no?

Okw has no way of increasing its stable income without increasing territory size on its own. In team games it gets revenue from caches and resource trucks of allied wehr players. In 1v1 all you can do is salvaging vehicle wrecks and abandoned team weapons.
