the 4model crew is the problem. You can easily see how good the survivabilty is when a sov player recrew the puppchen....the 6 model crew is good enough to survive 1-3 shoots from mediums (or it can be that german tank has less AI than a sherman/ t34 and thaty why it lives longer)
