I don't even agree with a mute button. If someone is being abusive just drop or ignore them. I think a mute button would destroy cooperation in random team games.

True point.
But I feel it would cater to the players who either do it their way and everyone else follows or not at all.
Either way, it's not getting added at this stage anyway :/
