As I am changing my pc then I would like to re make my old pc for my wife (also can work as econd small gaming pc)

Its small and on a budget but can play todays games on medium/high settings. I would say that it could out play the PS4-XboxOne.
I would re use my old Hard drives that i have now.
What do you guys think?

I usually like to post on stuff like this, but I do not really understand the "mini pc" Why, are you moving it constantly? If you were looking for a pc in a certain budget, I would understand, but I have no idea what constraints are involved in building a mini pc compared to a normal one. As such, I do not want to give advice on something I am unsure of

The reason for a mini pc is because I dont want a bulky one standing around - also this would be my media center and a second back up pc for gaming with a mate or brother that might come around.
Also this was being built on a budget so i tried to keep the costs down - I am currently building a haswell pc with my budget going through the roof!
