I don't know what I could've done, he just overwhelmed me with infantry spam I just don't know

Hi ultrabradman,
As Tobis have already stated in discord channel, going conscripts currently is a suicide.
3 Penals into a clown car (m3 with engineers flamethrower inside) is a good opening. Then I recommend you to go Lend lease and spam Dushka hmg or add additional penal squad to your army.
From tanks, rushing t70 is a good idea, as well as building 1-2 su76. Other fuel I would save for Call-in Shermans once you hit 10.
