Hello everyone,
Until two patches ago I used to play Penals + Guards into t34/85's. Yes, that was OP, and that's probably why I liked using it so much. Now however that doesn't fly anymore and i'm looking for a new build that works for me.
I've seen Hector's post in the GCS news item the engi's/penals/lend lease build. I have to play that a bit more to see if that works for me. From what I read however its not preferable vs. Ostheer. So what would be better vs. Ostheer?
And I've been thinking about a build with 4 cons combined with a ppsh-commander and T2, but haven't used it often enough to say if it works. Could that be a good build against both OKW and Ostheer?

I´d recommend you the same as against the Ostheer (tier1 -> m3 -> penals -> dushka -> tier3 -> sherman spam)
but with one little change. Build only one additional engineer and then go tier1. Against Ostheer you don´t need to cap so much.
First engi will cap, second will build tier1 and then it´s penals job (and later dushkas ofc).
