How to disable xp kickers?

Sup guys, the ingame setting doesn't work (duh). How do I disable xp kickers?

Kinda disappointing that such a basic thing doesn't work 4 years after release. No wonder the game flopped.

Find the file "RelicCoH2.English.ucs" in the address "Steam\steamapps\common\Company of Heroes 2\CoH2\Locale\English"
Create a new text file. Open it. Drag the file onto the opened text file. There will be all the texts of the CoH2.
Search "2158684" in the text file. You will find "2158684 +%1AMOUNT% XP"
Delete the only "+%1AMOUNT% XP" part. NOTE: do NOT delete the tab between 2158684 and +%1AMOUNT%
Save it (CTRL + S) and close it.
Now your XP kickers will be disappeared. (In fact, spaces will be shown instead numbers in the kicker. I think you got the idea)

Search "2158684" in the text file. You will find "2158684 +%1AMOUNT% XP"
Delete the only "+%1AMOUNT% XP" part. NOTE: do NOT delete the tab between 2158684 and +%1AMOUNT%

Now your XP kickers will be disappeared. (In fact, spaces will be shown instead numbers in the kicker. I think you got the idea)
