This Two Ability Is Very Under Performing UKF like Observation Post. The Cost is Expensive(225MU,150MU).But Performance Is too Bad. Unfortunately These Skills ARE NOT BUFFED OVER 1 YEARS,Because No one Using These Skills. Too Pitiful Skill. I think These two needed Serious love like Forward Observation Post.
