What you are talking about ? T34 is the light tank ? Sorry if you dont know that there is T70 and T34 why you talking anything about balance ? It looks like bad troll post.
T70 dont need buff and run over over infantry needs to be nerfed.
T34 needs buff vs panzeriv and ram removed or changed to veterancy skill.
