Bulletins for OKW LeFH 18

Would be really great to get some bulletins for OKWs LeFH, maybe copies of Ost LeFH - same Vet +, Reloading + and Construction time +. Could be something else, but... those 3 would be really great. Specially faster construction - Spios build that gun soooooo slow...

With the vet changes of the Sturms that are incoming it should be fixed 
. But yes I'd like to see some OKW bullitin and fix of the bug that makes your LeFH having only 3 vets after it get wiped.

Who gives a fuck about bulletins. Since they aren´t triple stackable any longer, it´s the three infantry bulletins 24/7.

Bulletins are useless. To be honest, they always were with the exception of things that can be triple stacked (no longer a feature of the game.) You can tell yourself the +10% unit xp is useful, or the +2% armor on a unit is useful, or that 5% faster reload time on a mg is useful, but in the end the effect is absolutely neglible.
