Unused ostheer panther voicelines

I've viewed the most recently uploaded game audio from miragefla's channel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CXrpRoMqdK4) and I noticed that there are lines for the Ostheer panther which as far as I know are not used. Is there any explanation as to why relic hasn't used those lines in-game?

There are a lot of voicelines that Relic record and cut from the game for various reasons. There used to be female partysans with voices that they cut because when you crewed weapons weird stuff happened. There are also many voicelines recorded for Rear Echelons as black men.

That's a shame, the panther voicelines sound really badass. Hopefully relic can patch them in sometime soon.
