Hey guys.
I'm trying to learn about multiplayer game networking. I have gotten far enough to know the difference between peer-to-peer networked games, and those with an authoritative server running the game logic.
Can anyone shed light on the networking model of COH2? It seems to be P2P, but if that is the case, I'm curious how they prevent cheating (passive or active).

AFAIK it used to be P2P but they added "Battle Serves". I remember those days of p2p though, it was horrible.
