Allied Supply Drop is basically munitions for fuel, and drops in base. The Ostheer version is like 150 manpower for either munitions or fuel, but require a munitions or fuel point to drop.
If here's going to be some Allied supply thing for Soviets, I'd just make it a resource conversion by time similar to Redistribute Resources; you spend X amount of manpower now, and your munitions and/or fuel income is raised so that it gains Y amount of said resources over Z amount of time. What you don't get is an immediate conversion of X for Y without any factoring for Z.
This doesn't require any micromanagement, and also doesn't break team games because it only affects you. No nonsense that involves planes or crates or where they go.

LM arrival nerf, Walking Stuka however, is fine...
Correct, for one very simple reason.
Land Mattress pretty much hard counters all attempt from OKW to destroy the emplacement with LeIG.
Walking Stuka does not remotely come close to being a counter for Fortification spam favored by most UKF players.
