Hey Guys! This is my 1st map for coh2 and it is based off Purple Heart Lane. mostly renown for Lieutenant Colonel Robert George Cole's "charge" across open field to Inguof Farm house.
All feed back is welcome including hate if you must ;)...
Keep in mind this is no were near finished. I will post updated images here.

you can upload images to this website and link it in your post. then we will e able to see the images without going to the third site.

for the map, it looks very straight forward and will depend most on the final size of the map. and since it is very straight forward in terms of style and layout, you'll need to decorate it more.

This is possibly a loading screen I may use (not this one but the same concept). Its replicating when the planes came down and bombed the paratroopers who were getting over the bridge!

Using more than 2 water sources, will make your maps optimization a lot worse for low-mid or even high end PC's. The games might become really laggy, its because every water source you make on the map, will render twice which takes up even more RAM from a game that already eats your 8GB like it was nothing. My suggestion is to connect 1-2 water source out of the boundaries, where the player wont see it (OOB area), if you do this before you proceed, will cut you a lot of headache later.

OnkleSam's map "crossing in the woods"- river is connected outside of the playing area so its actually only 1 water source used. And Relic uses it as well on their maps.

So I had a lot of time off from making this map and after a long thought I decided to remake the map... So now its 8p. there is a lot more changes to come :) stay tuned!
