It looks like THQ took the CoH 2 preorder money, which is about a million dollars, and ran away with it or something. Good luck, SEGA!

Somehow the Vin Diesel in Tycho's signature reminds me more of the doctor in that video than of the actual Vin diesel...

well, they better have had it spelled out in the bankruptcy/buyout agreement.

To clarify this news message: THQ filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy, which instantaneously means all the outstanding liabilities are dealt with by a bankruptcy court. Nothing out of the ordinary here.

I should imagine that Steam were gritting their teeth prior to the THQ auction....to be counterfactual, what would their position have been, if Relic had not sold? A one million $ hit, as pre-order gamers demanded the return of their cash?
