DLC missing...

I bought US/OKW and UKF at launch and have been playing them happily ever since, but they all went missing today. I verified my game cache and in the DLC list, those DLCs are not listed as well. Can someone help me?

Same thing happened to me: https://www.coh2.org/topic/50678/suddenly-can-t-play-wfa-and-british-factions

All it should take is restarting steam.
