Where to locate subscribed tuning packs

I am trying to find where a tuning pack I am subscribed to on the workshop is located, so I can edit it for my own use with the mod tools.

However, the attributes are in .rgd format, which is not something the Attribute Editor can work with, so you will have to recreate a lot of the mod yourself (or ask for permission to use the source files from the original author).
