How do i contact Relic's community manager with a question?

I would LOVE if the community manager could please ask the devs why custom maps does not 100% download for all players when you try to host a game or what ever reason is that makes it diffcult for that happen, i just wanna know why this never works 100%, is this network from me that is the problem? I mean the map is published on steam workshop and the correct version is published, yet i get 50% people that try to join me that doesnt auto download the map when they join so i am really confused, who's fault is this? Steam? Me? Relics?

I haven't run into this issue. It could be a firewall or Virus Scanner on the other people's PC that is causing the Issue. It could also be that the other User has a bad connection.
