Allow reporting of own post

Sometimes I accidentally make double posts, but there is no way to report them because there are no report buttons on your own posts. Suggestion is to simply let someone report their own post for purposes of alerting mods of issues with those posts.

doesn't seem like a terrible idea would prevent you from having to pm someone or wait for someone to notice. however im not a coder who would have to implement it. 
Failure is always an option.
