New bug (minor):

When OKW loses a truck and sets up a new identical truck, the new truck can longer be accessed by the buttons on the bottom right of the map.

Reversing seems erratic (that is, ordering vehicles to move short distance behind., not using T) sometimes work, but sometimes don't. But if it happens, it happens all game.

Personally I think the hotkey should be changed to one closer to your left hand. Sake with Salvage, but at least Salvage is reasonably rarely used.

Also I don't know if it's a bug, but the entry of USF weapon racks "facing battlefield" is only true if "battlefield" is anywhere except towards the enemy and away. So far, the racks are always facing to the sides of the map.

Sure.

For me it worked when I built a Med HQ, lost the Med HQ (FRP upgraded, as well). Rebuilt truck and rebuilt Med HQ. Med HQ worked fine no problem, but when I selected it from minimap tab with mouse it would always come up as just a truck without any of the quick options to build units or FRP. I had to scroll to truck and select it directly to build units and set FRP.

But OP's link points out that you already at least have the announcers call-in announcement. Couldn't you atleast implement the speech that you already have recorded?

Repair teller mine bug (no damage vs Cromwell and other British tank) and speech of pioonieres when they planted it (anti personal mines planted etc). I remember it worked something like two years ago so I'm pretty sure, this sfx is still in data
