2.3 Non-disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Using COH2.ORG to breach an NDA by spreading classified information or graphics is not allowed.
Actions:
Any content that is directly or indirectly related to breaching an NDA or content that is purposely phrased to look like an NDA breach may be removed and the user may be banned for up to 7 days.
Users breaching an NDA will be reported to Relic Entertainment.
Don't challenge me, we all follow the same rules.

If they supposedly remove stacking then bulletins should be beefed up a bit.
Bulletins that are 5% - 10% are fine as they are but things like the "Rear Echelons have 1% increased accuracy" bulletins should have a bit more of an impact.
