Decals and custom skins not working?

So with this update if i understand it right you are supposed to be able to use your custom skins and decals in automatch but the selected decal is not showing during loading screen or ingame, not even a official decal works. custom skins i can't even find in my inventory even if i subscribed to a custom skin. Anyone else have similiar problems?

i don't remember reading anything about that.. pretty sure its a no go, the only good decal is lucky strike anyways >.<
