AI have satellite support

Hello everyone, I hope that devs read it also, because most frustrating about this game that AI somehow detects my artillery drop and escape it, do they have some kind of satellite support?

It's not the AI cheating, all artillery has at least some sort of visual/audio prior to impact cue to give anyone, be they computer or person, some sort of chance to dodge it before it lands.

the AI does not have fog of war. i'm not sure how they deal with globals.
