garrisons are the most unfun and undynamic mechanic in this game

and you intend to further buff garrisons and make them even more dominant?

Guys:

1. This is the bugs section of the forums.
2. There is a 10x damage discrepancy between the Panzerwerfer and the Katyusha against garrisons (to me, this qualifies as a bug).

3. If you have nothing to contribute to the bug report and just want to discuss balance, I have created another thread in the balance section:
