Dual Monitor Problem

Hey everyone,

I just bought this game (the American and British DLC specifically) due to the Steam sale because I loved the original CoH. However, I'm having a problem with the game right now: every time I launch the game it'll automatically start up on my 2nd monitor and I can't figure out how to make it launch of my primary. The only thing I can figure out is to launch it in windowed mode and manually drag it over to my primary monitor, but this won't work if I have mouse lock on... which I really need.

Anyone have suggestions?
