Partisan tank hunters stuck

I spawned a squad of partisans and they got stuck exiting a full hp building. A tank proceeded to drive by and one-shot the entire squad. Later in the game I accidentally spawned them in the same building (to attack a low hp Panther reversing past). They also got stuck and sat there for the rest of the game. It is not just this map and is often a regular occurrence. Also the surrender vote is bugged and has been for a long time why no fix?. Stays on screen after two failed votes. 1) Added a bug to our database for the building.
2) The Voting UI issue is already in our database
Note: If you order the Partisan Squad into the building, you can get them unstuck (enter/Exit)
