I have a rather extensive SCAR library which I use with all my mods, from a generic location. It would seem the Mod Builder no longer can handle files outside of the mod folder it currently is. Please re-allow this!

Is it not because you have "Curated" selected, since its only skin mods that are allowed to be curated at the moment?
