No, I dont.
I would like to see other players ELO ladder rank next to their name. Visible to everyone. In loading screen aswell etc. Thats all really... They can remove to whole XP "prestige" system imo.

I wouldnt make the ELO System visible to everybody in the loadingsscreen (would cause many drops)
I would display it in lobbies and on the after game screen.
