Because Sherman building time has been updated when Major went 120 fuel or maybe the patch after. Not sure if Scott has been updated as well.

I would give it LeIG stats tbh. It would then be a mobile PakHowie that is armored and can spot on its own.

I think this unit needs some kind of buff. But I can't figure it out what kind. Maybe health increase?

The thing is it also requires you to center your entire build around it too. Like you'll need both suppression and AT just to cover its arse, which is both expensive and overly micro demanding as USF.
I used to love using them but its fallen far from grace.
