Age gate block in new commanders trial. Help!!!

Hello. I clicked FROM THE GAME in the spot of the new commanders (trial until December 11) but I entered a wrong birth date so now I cant access the trial features and of course i get always the Alert "Sorry but you do not meet the criteria to view this content.". I buy the game and i'am over 18 !!! I tried different solutions but can not proceed always appears this problem. any suggestions. Thanks

someone else made a thread about this but didn't have any luck getting it to reset. idk how it's saved.

Cookies deleted but nothing. Yes northweapon but little boys mind can go on and then play the game where soldier can be flamed shotted killed and much much more other. Absurd to say the least. I only hope this my input age error will not affect also future game addon
