it wasn't bad it won early engagements because RE's were absolute garbage in combat before update. arguably the worse. Where as in a 1v1 vs Spios for example if u were in cover u could drop a volley on it and win that engagement and force a retreat. but 35 is too much I would agree but with RE being buffed it does deserve to cost more than it did.

Early on: unless you use it from max range, while in green cover against a SP aproaching through red cover, you won't win the engagement cause the RA debuff is huge and you will lose models. Models lost = less suppression.
Later on: it can be used if equipped with bars/1919 and 5 guys. Still it's a risk due to focus fire.
It was OP on release, after nerfbat is completely crap due to incoming receive accuracy. Remove it, an it would be fine.
