Hello all,
As the title states, How do you create custom core Area Boundaries such as those seen in the maps the base game/dlc's come with?
For further clarification: I mean the dotted lines on the edge of core area when the map is launched in game.

Nevermind guys,
Upon further inspection I realized this is done only in the minimap and not the actual map.
On the minimap they have lined out the in-accessible areas that form part of the core area.
