Engine damage bug of OKW flak halftrack ruining the OKW. we need fast hotfix because this broken feature forces OKW player to use T1 -> T3. This must be fixed as soon as possible.

also please fix Wehrmact half truck 251 front mg when its shooting no fire coming out if its muzzle. no flash when its shooting.
