An idea for the M20

The M20 is very versatile but there is one glaring omission from USF and OKW vanilla armies: a garrisonable vehicle. I propose that as long as the player hasn't upgraded the side skirts, the M20 can garrison one infantry unit. Perhaps this would require an upgrade of its own as a binary choice between that and skirts. Too OP?

A decent idea, I'd say it would need a slight fuel increase to 25 then sure. Would be interesting to see the plays that could be made.
