Sometimes it happens that I can't move my screen with my mouse down and right. I have to resort to moving with cursor keys or clicking on the map, which is really annoying, since I am used to moving screen with mouse drag.
Reseting the game fixes it, but usually it happens in the middle of a game.
Anybody else have this problem?

Try using the borderless window setup described here (it works for CoH2 in the exact same way).
If it ever happens to you, hit the borderless-window combination again.

I checked out the guide you posted here and I still cannot move the screen down using the mouse for moving the camera down. I can move the camera left, right and up but not down.
Anyone else having this issue?

Did you Alt-Tab out of the game? Or are you using Alt a lot?
Try Alt-Tab in/out or pressing Alt+Enter to switch between windowed mode and fullscreen mode.

I've had this happen to me in vCoH and CoH2, but it only happens when I Alt-Tab out of the game. And then come back in. Doesn't happen every time I do it though.

Yeah seems like you can't fix the problem unless you are playing in fullscreen. I just like playing in windows mode to alt tab in and out easily but I guess this is the closest thing. Hopefully they can fix this to allow navigation going down in a future patch while in windows mode. Thanks guys.

Now that I think, maybe I did Alt-Tab, since it does not happen everytime, but usually I do Alt-Tab when I am waiting for a game. I will try the Alt-Enter and see if it helps.

Its jsut a bug that happen when you Alt-tab during game loading happen to me couple time there nothing you can do ingame to fix it until the next game.
