Okay this shit is getting old.
They said Tuesday. Whenever Relic give a day, it's the end of that day for us folks in Europe. It has been so with every god damn patch.
They've communicated precisely - we're all just impatient. Grab coffee, play something else for the next few hours.

Concerning the Vickers and the tournament. I read the rules rules and the use of the Vickers was banned along with Rifle Company and Partisans commanders. The way I understand it is that a player could have another player disqualified if they used one of those in the tournament.

How hard is it for a community manager or even a dev to hop onto twitter, facebook, reddit, official forums or these forums and just drop some info about status of the hotfix? I'd say not very hard and it would look so much better in terms of their effort to keep the community informed then anything they did so far (last patch excluded).

That's very good and solid information. It has nothing to do with anything, though.
Patches in the past - when delivered on time - have always been made accessible between the day Relic stated and the next day, seen with European eyes.
So far, the Lukewarmfix follows "business as usual".

Yeah this is something Cruzz could have done in 20 minutes, how did they give themselves 5 days and still turn up late? Are they really so buried in bureaucracy that a simple hotfix (warmfix by now) requires days of documentation and paperwork?
