When you loose the territory, where the ambulance is set. You cant disable the heal toggle the ambulance just stands still
So is this bug? exploit? or intended?

Yea It now heals with toggle and cant move while Its active (also has to be on friendly territory)
BUT

Reminds me of recrewed soviet tank with vet1 capping ability active that can't be deactivated
