Iirc there is like a 50% accuracy reduction for units in a halftrack. But at any rate I'll let you in on a secret ~~all factions exept okw can do something similar!~~ pgrens in a 250ht, sappers in their gun dropping HT (bonus points because they can be 5 men and have a snare) rifles/RE in their doctrinal halftrack, or wc51. If anything garrisons on cars is under used.... Lay a mine, build AT (should have it coming soon anyways), use your vetted MG rounds, use a Faust there are loads of options. No need to nerf something just because you were unprepared for it.
