Is it me or the Wehrmacht mortar (t1) does not act like a vet 3 mortar when u use the Elite Troops Doctrine troop training?
I even got the 5% more accuracy bulletin and it seems to miss a lot for a vet 3 mortar

It could be your bulletin. The 'mortar hero' bulletin has been bugged since forever. If you want more accuracy, try the new +5% accuracy bulletin. Its got a green border (can't recall the name atm)

The Ost mortar fires faster but i have noticed its accuracy isnt that fantastic, Also i dont think its accuracy scales properly with its increased range at vet 3, which could be the issue.
Best bet is to use a sov stock mortar, vet that to 3 and then use its TINY barrage radius to get some good snipes in.

A regular motor always out performs a vet 3 motor when used with elite troops. The only plus side is the range increased. But often scores little to no kills. Myself and others always noticed this.
