Not sure if I missed it or not but are there any rules for setting game delay on observer mode? It could be a problem if someone set the delay to 0 and had a buddy filling him in on what your opponent is doing.

Leave it on the default, which I think is 8 minutes.

Do all of the matches begin at 15:00 GMT or do some of them take place a little later? Have to drop family member off at work and wont be back until 15:15 GMT.

Kick off is in 18 minutes.

Players who are more than 10 minutes late for their R1 match will be disqualified.

It might be because you didn't link your coh2.org and your steam link. To do so, you need to fill in the "Steam" gap from your profile with your steam id numeber.

I witnessed Kaga and LowesyPC (Uhtred) checking in correct. Sadly they aren't listed as checked in!
