I feel like they need one in order to effectively counter MG42 spam. There already is a US mortar in the single player campaign, just hoping its put into MP.
Also hopefully Rangers and the 76mm Sherman make it too.
Is USF ever going to get a mortar?

USF already have a mortar via Infantry doctrine.

The mortar halftrack is bad if you're using it wrong. It's an extremely good unit in a doctrine that's the second best, if not the best. I've had countless games where the USF mortar won me the game.
